Alert! Magazine Taps Interactions for Feature on Big Data

An article on the growing influence of Big Data authored by Interactions Vice President of Global Marketing and Analytics Giovanni DeMeo was recently featured in the second quarter 2013 issue of Alert! Magazine. Published by the Marketing Research Association, the largest and leading association of the opinion and marketing research profession, Alert! Magazine is designed to provide timely insights and practical guidelines on key issues affecting marketing professionals today.

 

In his article, DeMeo, who is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Global Economic Leadership with a proposed dissertation topic focused on predictive analytics, explores the impact Big Data is having on the retail landscape today and how it will continue to reshape the industry in the future. He also describes how Interactions is positioned to help retail and brand partners leverage the benefits of Big Data. “One of our core strategies has been to develop the resources and competencies that allow us to analyze multiple proprietary Big Data sources to create programs with much greater rates of return….
